These numbers use our list prices and the real rates. They are not a forecast of what you will earn, which depends on who you reach and who buys. Commission is worked out on what the customer actually paid, so a discount lowers it.
From the day you reach 3 referrals, every new payment from all your referrals earns 30%, including people you referred earlier who are still in their first 12 months. What you already earned stays the same. These numbers show a month after you reach that level, with every member in their first 12 months.

A referral counts once they are a paying member past the refund hold, and stops counting if they cancel. A customer who is refunded stops earning for you from that point.

When you get paid
A customer pays
The commission is created and waits, because the customer can still ask for a refund.
A 30 day hold
The hold is 60 days for your first 3 referred customers, so we can see how those first sales hold up. A refund or a bank dispute during the hold removes that commission.
Paid monthly, through Stripe
On the first Thursday of each month, what is ready is sent to your Stripe account, so you set up payouts with Stripe once. The minimum is $50. Under that, it rolls over to the next month.
If a customer is refunded after you were already paid, that amount comes off your next payout. The agreement has the details.
Who it is for
A good fit
- You make content for business owners: a channel, a newsletter, a podcast, a blog.
- You run an agency or consult, and your clients ask what to use.
- You run a community or a group of owners.
- You live in the United States and you are 18 or older.
- You are happy to tell people clearly that you are paid if they buy.
Not a fit
- Mass cold DMs or cold email.
- Paid search ads on our brand name.
- Cash back, rewards or paid signups, and coupon or deal sites.
- Promising people what they will earn.
- Living outside the United States, or being under 18. The program is for people in the United States who are 18 or older.
Every post or message with your link has to say it is an affiliate link. That is the law for anyone paid to recommend a product, and it is in the agreement.
Already an Agent Academy member?
You do not apply. 30 days after your first payment, you can join from your portal in one step. If you were added to the community another way and do not pay through Stripe, you can apply here like anyone else.
Questions
How are applications decided?
By a score, automatically, in a few seconds. It looks at who your audience is, where you share content, how you plan to promote, and your links. You see the answer right away. If it is a no, you get the reason and the date you can apply again, which is 90 days later.
How does a sale get credited to me?
When someone clicks your link and later buys, it is yours. If they click several affiliates’ links, the last one wins. The link remembers them for 60 days. Once a customer has paid, they stay with the affiliate who sent them.
Can I buy through my own link?
No. Purchases by you, or by an account that matches you, earn nothing, and trying it gets the account suspended.
What about taxes?
You are responsible for your own. BGAI Ventures LLC reports affiliate payments to the IRS on Form 1099-NEC where the law requires it, using the tax details Stripe collects from you when you set up payouts.
Can I run ads?
On your own pages and channels, yes, with the affiliate disclosure. Not on search ads that use our brand name or product names.
