Terms of Service

Effective 5 September 2026.

The short version

We sell training, software and services to business owners. If you buy a subscription it renews on its own until you cancel, and you can cancel it the same way you signed up, yourself, without asking us. We do not promise you will make money. Florida law governs these terms.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Sheridan St Of Florida LLC at 1065 Southwest 8th Street, #1197, Miami, FL 33130. You can reach a person at support@brainvaultai.com. In these terms, we and us mean that company, and you means the person or business buying.

By buying anything here or using the site, you accept these terms. If you are buying for a company, you are confirming you are allowed to commit that company.

2. What we sell

One-time purchases: the workshop, the prompt vault, the Revenue Leak Scan, the Private Revenue Review, and the Business X-Ray. Subscriptions billed every month or every quarter: the community, the premium tier, BizGen Core, and the AI Department. The price and what is included are shown on each product page at the time you buy, and that page is part of this agreement.

Some products include time with a person. Where a page says a session, a call, or office hours are included, that is part of what you bought.

3. Subscriptions, renewal and cancelling

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you joined, and keep renewing until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month. The quarterly plan renews every three months. We tell you this here and on the page where you buy, because Florida law requires an automatic renewal to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in the contract or the offer (Fla. Stat. 501.165).

You can cancel at any time, yourself, in the same place and the same way you signed up. If you joined the community online, you cancel it in your own membership settings online. You do not have to phone anyone, and you do not have to ask our permission. This is not a courtesy; Florida law requires a seller to let you cancel in the same manner and by the same means you used to accept (Fla. Stat. 501.165). If you ever cannot find the cancel control, email support@brainvaultai.com and we will cancel it for you and confirm in writing.

When you cancel, your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew again. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

If we ever offer a plan with a term of twelve months or more that renews for longer than a month, we will send you notice of the coming renewal between 30 and 60 days before the cancellation deadline, which is what Florida law requires for those plans (Fla. Stat. 501.165). Our current plans are monthly or quarterly and that notice requirement does not attach to them.

4. The AI Department minimum term

The AI Department is sold on a six-month minimum, which is stated on its page before you ever speak to us and again in writing before you pay. During those six months the subscription does not cancel for convenience. After the minimum, it continues month to month and you can cancel it like any other subscription. Nobody is enrolled in it without a call first.

5. Credits between products

Some one-time products credit toward a larger one: the $97 scan credits toward the review or the X-Ray within 30 days, the review credits toward the X-Ray within 60 days, and the X-Ray credits toward AI Department onboarding within 90 days. Credits apply once, to the product named, inside the window shown, and they are not cash and are not refundable on their own. Monthly prices are never discounted by a credit.

6. What the Revenue Leak Scan connects to, and what it may not do

If you buy the scan or a product built on it, you choose which systems to connect. Those may include your payment processor, your CRM, your ad account, and your call records. Our access is read-only. We can read payments, customers and records. We cannot move money, change a price, issue a refund, or contact your customers.

Nothing is sent to any customer of yours without an approval from a person you have named. That is a rule inside the product, not a setting we can turn off by accident. You can disconnect a source at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to connect the systems you connect, and for the accuracy of what is in them. Our report describes what your records show and says plainly what the data could not tell us.

7. We do not promise results

Nothing we sell is a guarantee of revenue, recovered money, savings or any other outcome. What happens in your business depends on your customers, your team, your data and what you actually do. Any figure in an example is an illustration, not a projection. If we ever publish a customer result or a testimonial, we will say what is typical and we will disclose any connection between us and the person saying it, which is what the advertising rules on endorsements require (16 CFR 255).

8. What we ask of you

Use the products for your own business. Do not resell, republish or share access to paid material, and do not share your login. Do not use anything here to break the law or to message people who have not agreed to hear from you. Community access can end if you abuse other members.

9. Who owns what

We keep ownership of our training, templates, software and reports. When you buy, you get a licence to use them inside your own business for as long as your purchase or subscription is active. Your data stays yours. Anything you post in the community stays yours, and you allow us to display it there.

10. Ending access

You can stop at any time as described above. We can suspend or end access if a payment fails, if these terms are broken, or if the conduct rules are broken, and we will tell you why. If we end a paid subscription without cause, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

11. Limits

We provide the products as they are described on their pages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

Florida law governs these terms, and the courts of Florida are where disputes are heard.{{dispute_resolution_choice}}

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. If a change materially affects a subscription you are already paying for, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel rather than accept it.
