Refund Policy

The short version

Cancel a subscription yourself in your member settings. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and it does not renew again. A plan sold with a minimum term, said before you pay, can be cancelled once that minimum is up. Digital products have a 30-day money-back window. Reports and calls are refunded in full until the work starts.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel from your own membership settings, without emailing us and without asking permission. Florida law requires us to let you cancel the same way you signed up (Fla. Stat. 501.165), so if you joined with a click you can leave with a click. If you cannot find the control, email contact@bizgen.io and we will cancel it for you and confirm in writing the same day we see it.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not claw back the period you are in: your access runs to the end of the month, quarter or year you have paid for, and then stops. We do not charge a fee for leaving.

2. Refunds on subscription payments

A subscription payment is not refunded once the month, quarter or year it pays for has started. Three exceptions. If we charge you after you cancelled, or charge the wrong amount, we refund it in full. If we run fewer than four live calls in a calendar month, we refund that month: your monthly payment, one third of a quarterly payment, or one twelfth of a yearly payment. And if your plan’s page states the First Hire Guarantee, it works as the next paragraph says.

The First Hire Guarantee, for anyone who joins on or after 11 October 2026, on a monthly, quarterly or yearly plan alike. Come to your first Training Lab and your first Implementation Lab, and save each build step you are given in My AI toolkit. If your first AI employee is not doing real work in your business within 30 days of joining, tell us before your 30th day. We keep building with you, free, for up to 14 more days, and if it is still not working we refund your first payment in full. Our attendance records and the build steps saved in your account, with their dates, decide it, not anyone’s word. A claim made after your 30th day is not covered, and after your 30th day no plan is refunded except for the two reasons above. If you joined before 11 October 2026, the guarantee applies exactly as it was printed when you joined.

Agent Academy VIP is billed monthly, every 3 months or yearly, whichever you chose. A quarterly or yearly payment covers the whole period up front and, like any subscription payment, is not refunded once that period has started, except as described above. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

3. One-time purchases

The workshop, the prompt vault, the Revenue Leak Scan, the Private Revenue Review and the Business X-Ray are one-time purchases. Nothing about them renews and no subscription is attached to any of them.

Digital products, meaning the $7 first AI employee kit and its add-ons, the prompt packs, the Gone-Quiet Playbook and the Customer Win-Back System, and the $47 workshop seat: full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Email us, say refund, and you keep what you downloaded. That is one refund per person for each product, and it does not cover anyone our records show buying, refunding and buying again to keep the material. Reports and calls, meaning the Revenue Leak Scan, the Owner’s Read, the Private Revenue Review and the Business X-Ray: full refund any time before the work or the call starts. Once delivered, they are refunded in full only if they were not delivered as described.

Two commitments that apply regardless. If a report or session you paid for is not delivered, you get your money back. And if your scan comes back clean, meaning your own records show nothing worth acting on, we say so rather than manufacturing a finding, and that is not a reason we keep more of your money than the work we did.

The 30-Day AI Mastery Challenge

The 30-Day AI Mastery Challenge is a one-time purchase. The price is $197 for the first 100 buyers and $397 after that. You have one year of access from the day you pay, and nothing renews. When the year ends, your access to the lessons ends. It comes with one promise, the Four Results Guarantee. If you do the work and the course does not deliver, you get back the full amount you paid. To be covered, save all 30 daily tasks in your My AI toolkit as your own real work on your own business, one day at a time. A task saved before its day on your 30-day clock, or a blank, copied or placeholder answer, does not count. Your four results are your saved Day 10 business brain file, Day 20 prompt library, Day 27 AI assistant and Day 28 before and after number. If all 30 tasks are real and one of those four results is still missing, email us within 14 days after you save your Day 30 task, and no later than 120 days after you paid, and we refund the full amount. Your saved tasks and their dates decide it, not anyone's word. If you already used the $197 credit toward Agent Academy, the refund is what you paid minus that $197: nothing if you paid $197, and $200 if you paid $397. One refund per person. A refund ends your access to the 30 days, the bonus course and any unused Agent Academy credit.

That promise is the refund for the 30 days. Apart from it, what you paid is not refunded, except that if we charge you twice or the wrong amount we refund the difference in full. The three bonuses that come with the 30 days (the Gone-Quiet Playbook, the Customer Win-Back System and the Cash Conversation Vault) are separate downloads and links, and a refund does not take them back. If you have already used the $197 credit toward Agent Academy, it was spent there and is not refunded a second time. We keep the date and contents of every task you save and a record of the lessons you complete, and we use them to decide a refund request and to answer any card dispute.

4. Credits between products

Some purchases credit toward a larger one instead of being refunded. The $97 scan credits in full toward the Private Revenue Review or the Business X-Ray within 30 days. The review credits in full toward the X-Ray within 60 days. The X-Ray credits in full toward AI Department onboarding within 90 days.

The 30-Day AI Mastery Challenge gives you a $197 credit toward your first Agent Academy payment, once, whether you paid $197 or $397. You get it if you join within 60 days of buying it while signed in to the member portal with the email you bought with. It reduces that first payment only.

A credit is applied once, to the product named, inside that window. It is not cash and it cannot be paid out. Apart from the 30-Day AI Mastery Challenge credit, no credit reduces a subscription price, and monthly prices are never otherwise discounted.

5. The AI Department

The AI Department is sold on a six-month minimum, stated on its page and again in writing before you pay, and nobody is enrolled without a call first. During the minimum the subscription does not cancel for convenience. The onboarding fee covers work performed at the start and is not refundable once that work has begun. If we fail to deliver what your written onboarding plan promises and do not fix it within 14 days of you telling us in writing, you can end the minimum early and owe nothing further.

6. How to ask

Email contact@bizgen.io from the address you bought with, say what you bought and when, and say what happened. A person reads it. We answer within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with and take as long as your bank takes, usually a few business days.

7. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, email us before you call your bank. Every refund we owe under this policy is faster by email than through a dispute. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of asking us, access to what that charge paid for can end as soon as the dispute is opened, and we send the bank our records: what you bought and when, the terms shown when you paid, and the work and lesson records in your account. If the bank decides in our favor, email us and we turn your access back on.

8. What we do not refund

Time already delivered, such as a call that happened or a session you attended. Community access for a period you have already used. A credit that has already been applied to another product.
